Even though Tami annoys the fuck out of me, I think her relationship with Lip shows Lip’s evolution away from picking partners that have a lot of drama/baggage. I just really don’t see Lip getting together with Mandy. if she dies towards the end, part of the final episode could be a flash forward with him moving on and maybe even going back to get his degree. I could see it either way: Lip’s always wanted a family of his own, so ending with Tammi and lip married with Fred and maybe another on the way would make sense, but I could also see Tammi dying to shake things up and give Lip/Jeremy a dramatic storyline. He’s clearly not going to change and they can’t just let the story end with Frank being Frank. This is truly an ideal situation.įrank dying is truly the only way for this family to get closure.
